We replace damaged boards, secure squeaky areas, repair subfloors, level uneven surfaces, regrout and recaulk tile, address transitions and thresholds, and finish with baseboards, shoe molding, stair nosings, and trim that tie the whole space together. All estimates are free and clearly detailed.

We handle acclimation, moisture checks, subfloor repair, and underlayment selection to reduce noise, improve comfort, and extend floor life. Installations are tailored to the product: nail-down or glue-assist for hardwood, floating or glue-down for LVP/laminate, and industry-standard layout, cutting, and setting methods for tile.
We plan expansion gaps, transitions across rooms, and stair details in advance, then execute cleanly with meticulous cuts and secure fastening. For tile, we plan patterns, set movement joints where appropriate, choose the right grout, and seal when needed.
